One of our recommendations we give to our clients here at Mobilise Remedial Massage to assist with their health and wellbeing is to incorporate daily stretching into their routine. Not only does this help with mobility, if people stretched daily they would have so much more flexibility and feel a whole lot better. We explain the benefits to stretching to complement massage therapy in assisting with mobility below.
Tom Cahalan is a Musculoskeletal Therapist who has worked with both elite sporting teams and private patients. He gained his Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Therapy and his Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Endeavour College of Natural Health (formerly ACNM). Tom has a sporting background in Rugby Union (representative) and is also a sports trainer for a top level soccer team. Kath Phillips is the Principal MST of Mobilise Remedial Massage. She has over 10 years experience in Remedial Massage, and has worked closely with medical practitioners, allied health professionals and national and state sporting teams. Kath has experience with an extensive range of musculoskeletal conditions, but has a special interest in treating patients with chronic illness, and long term pain. Kath has studied Human Movements at the University of Queensland, and also holds a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Therapy and a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australian College of Natural Medicine. Cale Thomas is a senior Musculoskeletal Therapist and Remedial Massage Therapist at Mobilise. Cale works with a variety of patients, including GPS swimming and rowing teams, professional sports competitors, and can treat a complex range of musculoskeletal problems. Cale gained both his Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Therapy and Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Endeavour College of Natural Health (formerly the Australian College of Natural Medicine).
