- Designed for general massage needs (i.e. no pain or musculoskeletal conditions) including:
- Full-body massage;
- Relaxation and stress management;
- Deep tissue massage;
- General sports massage;
- General muscle tightness.
- Treatment techniques may include deep and soft tissue massage, stretching, myofascial release, cupping, trigger point therapy. Some basic home stretching may be prescribed.
